Shipping Territory

Staria ships exclusively within the State of California. Orders requesting delivery outside of California are not eligible for fulfillment. Orders submitted with an ineligible address may be subject to cancellation and refund at Staria’s discretion.


Fulfillment and Order Processing

All orders placed through stariacocktails.com are fulfilled by licensed California-based retail partners. Order fulfillment is subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Verification of age and compliance with state laws
  • Successful payment authorization

Staria reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that does not meet legal or internal compliance requirements.


Delivery Requirements

Shipments of alcoholic beverages require:

  • The presence of an individual who is 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery
  • Presentation of a valid, government-issued photo ID

Carriers are not permitted to leave shipments unattended. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure compliance at the point of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned to sender.


Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on:

  • The recipient’s location within California
  • Carrier capacity and performance
  • Weather or other uncontrollable external factors

Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.


Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment cannot be completed after the carrier’s delivery attempts, it may be returned to the sender.
Returned packages may be subject to:

  • Re-delivery or restocking fees
  • Delays in replacement or refund processing

Shipping Restrictions

Staria does not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Any address outside of California
  • Locations where the shipment of alcohol is restricted by law

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a valid and permitted shipping address is provided at checkout.


Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, product volume, and selected service level.
All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


Limitation of Liability

Staria is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Weather-related interruptions
  • Labor disputes or force majeure events
  • Regulatory or age verification failures resulting in failed deliveries
