General Policy
All sales of alcoholic beverages are considered final under applicable law. Staria is unable to accept returns or process refunds for products once they have been shipped, except under limited circumstances as outlined below.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is otherwise defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@stariacocktails.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging (if damaged)
Upon review and verification, Staria may, in its sole discretion, issue a replacement, refund, or credit.
No action will be taken without adequate documentation.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed for fulfillment or shipped.
Requests for cancellation prior to shipment may be submitted to support@stariacocktails.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be issued only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged in transit
- Incorrect item received
- Product defect confirmed by retailer or manufacturer
- Order cannot be fulfilled due to out-of-stock or compliance restrictions
Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 10 business days following confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
Returns Not Accepted
Staria does not accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Customer changes mind after shipment
- Product is opened, consumed, or tampered with
- Items returned without prior written approval
- Sale items or promotional products
- Perishable or custom items (unless damaged in transit)
All returned shipments sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
Delivery Refusal or Incomplete Delivery
Orders that are undeliverable due to:
- Recipient unavailability (e.g., no adult signature)
- Invalid shipping address
- Repeated delivery attempts without success
may be subject to:
- Restocking fees
- Additional shipping costs
- Refund adjustments
Customers are advised to ensure that an eligible recipient (21+) is available to accept delivery at the time of arrival.
