It HITS with everything — even with spirits i’m not particular fond of. perfect way to get rid of all the random liquors in the cabinet & please a picky crowd. whiskey as a mix in was FAB. my go-to recommendation for easy, fun n flirty drinks!

I bought Staria on a whim while trying to search the web for the best liqueur. At first I thought I was buying an obscure drink from some random distillery, but oh was I wrong. You can LITERALLY mix it with EVERY type of spirit. I definitely recommend for when you want to impress your girlfriend.

Went to a dinner party at my boss’s house, and Staria was the star of the cocktail table. A base of Staria, a pour of whiskey, and a splash of seltzer - absolutely delicious! It was fun tasting everyone’s creations as well. They all tasted amazing - not a bad cocktail in the bunch. The next day, I ordered a few bottles for myself.

I received this as a gift and am excited to try it out! Everything Greenbar makes is high quality and extremely tasty.

This is a great flavor base for a cocktail. Complex layers underneath a delightful bright 'pop.' Good Stuff!

I was afraid this would taste like a cheap mixer. But, phew, it doesn't! It's got some backbone to it, so even my snobby friends like it. Easy to use. Can make different drinks depending on the liquor you use. This is a win!

Cocktail instruction is very easy to remember. I enjoy the color and the foaming on top. You can garnish with anything. Taste is wonderful, especially with whiskey or gin. I made them at parties and get lots of questions.

Purchased not knowing what to expect and boy were we surprised. In my wife’s own words. “Wow this is delicious!” Will definitely be buying more.

I'll admit it: the snappy Instagram ads caught my attention. So I took a flyer and bought a couple of bottles. It was a revelation. Frank's Hot Sauce may use the phrase as part of their marketing, but I'll paraphrase it here -- I put that sh** in just about every one of my cocktails! It's not sweet, per se, but it's got a hint of sweetness that pulls you in. And then there's the dry finish. If you're looking to just whip something up quickly, put equal parts of your liquor of choice along with the Staria and give it shake. The frothy concoction just hits right. I'm also beginning to see how it can easily substitute for other liqueurs in more complicated cocktails. Bottom line, I'm a fan. I'll be buying more. Would love to see this get big enough for retailers to start adding it to their lineup!

I’m glad I have a chance to this , I was looking for the perfect in between mix that I could versatility use with any liquor, my friends and family don’t just like Vodka or maybe someone prefers Tequila . With this that is not an issue , it literally blends well with everything!

Definitely buying more , I hope they stay in business because I will definitely miss this.

This has the flavor profile of a citrus bitters but much sweeter. It reminds me of a red Spanish vermouth with orange citrus. It can be used with so many liquors or other mixers. Because of its sweetness, I do not use it in 1:1 proportions as recommended but cut that in half or mix with a third liquor or mixer. I do like the way it creates foam when used with a shaker.

I enjoy my Staria cocktail very much! It’s simple to put together and a no nonsense method to get to the point! Ahhh!!!
