This has the flavor profile of a citrus bitters but much sweeter. It reminds me of a red Spanish vermouth with orange citrus. It can be used with so many liquors or other mixers. Because of its sweetness, I do not use it in 1:1 proportions as recommended but cut that in half or mix with a third liquor or mixer. I do like the way it creates foam when used with a shaker.

I thought this was a lovely part of the cocktail I made. It had a very pure light fruity sweetness and made for an excellent spring time drink when made with tequila and shaken with ice. When shaken, the liqueur forms a gentle froth that adds an unforgettable character to the drink.

It would be like something i would be happy to order at a tasteful cantina but it was right at home with family on a late spring afternoon. The cocktail and Staria in particular made for a very memorable experience that captured what I love about when things start to warm up around this time.

What a great way to simplify cocktail hour without renouncing taste and variety. It’s perfect and refreshing just adding tonic water, as I did the first time, but also delicious with the same buzz of a Margarita if you pour a good tequila on top of the Staria liqueur. I grabbed a bottle of Staria a couple weeks ago and have been so impressed. First drink I tried was a gin + Staria (basically a gin sour - just ice, gin, and Staria shaken in a shaker). I poured it into a nice glass and It came out tasting (and looking) like something you’d pay $15 for at a cocktail bar. My wife loved the Staria Spritz (staria + tonic), and my friends were obsessed with the margaritas (Staria + tequila). Every drink has been a hit. Easy, delicious, and makes you look like a genius! Highly recommend it!

This is an amazing mixer! It has a tart, fruity taste that compliments any spirit I’ve paired it with.

I tasted Staria before making my first cocktail. It was reminiscent of Pimm's Cup, but fruitier & more sour. Made Staria Margarita according to recommendation & found it refreshing & delicious & foamy :-) Had a second one using two parts tequila to one part Staria & preferred that ratio. Will try it tonight with another spirit. Many thanks for the fun new flavor profile!

I just tried it, and it does make a pretty good whiskey sour. It tastes like the sort of drink you would pay too much for at a trendy bar. I noticed nobody was really commenting how it tastes. It’s got a complex floral nose, think of elderflower or geranium, with some citrus background. I think there’s orange peel and lemon. It’s sweet and has a tannic bite like red wine, maybe from the hibiscus. The foam smooths everything out.

If you’ve ever tried adding St Germain to your drinks to make them fancier, this is like that but stepped up a notch.

Reading that, it doesn’t sound like my jam but it does really work together in a unique way. If you are on the fence I recommend trying, I’ll probably grab a few more bottles.

I'm usually not a fan of mixers since I used to bartend and prefer to make cocktails from fresh ingredients at home. But when I got the opportunity to try Staria, I was pleasantly surprised.

It was really easy to make with just two ingredients, and I couldn't find my shaker so I just used a jar to shake it up with ice and if you had told me this was a cocktail made in a fancy LA bar I would have believed you. It even has foam!

It's complex and has the right mix of sweet, sour, and aromatics. Not cloyingly sweet like some mixes. My husband and I have been having a cocktail with this almost every night. And using it with different liquors gives a slightly different result each time! Gin is my favorite so far.
