I thought this was a lovely part of the cocktail I made. It had a very pure light fruity sweetness and made for an excellent spring time drink when made with tequila and shaken with ice. When shaken, the liqueur forms a gentle froth that adds an unforgettable character to the drink.

It would be like something i would be happy to order at a tasteful cantina but it was right at home with family on a late spring afternoon. The cocktail and Staria in particular made for a very memorable experience that captured what I love about when things start to warm up around this time.

What a great way to simplify cocktail hour without renouncing taste and variety. It’s perfect and refreshing just adding tonic water, as I did the first time, but also delicious with the same buzz of a Margarita if you pour a good tequila on top of the Staria liqueur. I grabbed a bottle of Staria a couple weeks ago and have been so impressed. First drink I tried was a gin + Staria (basically a gin sour - just ice, gin, and Staria shaken in a shaker). I poured it into a nice glass and It came out tasting (and looking) like something you’d pay $15 for at a cocktail bar. My wife loved the Staria Spritz (staria + tonic), and my friends were obsessed with the margaritas (Staria + tequila). Every drink has been a hit. Easy, delicious, and makes you look like a genius! Highly recommend it!

Delicious and complex!

I'm usually not a fan of mixers since I used to bartend and prefer to make cocktails from fresh ingredients at home. But when I got the opportunity to try Staria, I was pleasantly surprised.

It was really easy to make with just two ingredients, and I couldn't find my shaker so I just used a jar to shake it up with ice and if you had told me this was a cocktail made in a fancy LA bar I would have believed you. It even has foam!

It's complex and has the right mix of sweet, sour, and aromatics. Not cloyingly sweet like some mixes. My husband and I have been having a cocktail with this almost every night. And using it with different liquors gives a slightly different result each time! Gin is my favorite so far.
